The event highlighted the Rotary theme “Unite for Good,” showcasing the impact of coordinated humanitarian service.
The camp was made possible through a collaboration between multiple partners, including technical support from Hetauda Community Eye Hospital, local coordination from Indrasarowar Rural Municipality, and global backing from the Rotary Clubs of Tasmania and Mr. David Yaxley of Australia. The Rotary Club of Kathmandu Hetauda led the initiative alongside Rotary Club of Kathmandu and other thirteen Rotary Clubs, emphasizing their shared commitment to improving lives in rural Nepal. The cost of the project was Nrs. 421,325.
