Project Description
The event was graced by the presence of President Rtn. Rajendra Gautam, Membership Development Chair Rtn. Khagendra Adhikari, and Service Project Committee Co-Chair Rtn. Pradip Khadka. We were further honored to welcome Mr. Purna Bahadur Nepali, Head of the Education Department, Rainas Municipality, Lamjung, as the Chief Guest of the program.
This initiative is part of Project Jhola, a flagship project of the Rotary Club of Kathmandu, which provides school bags as gifts to children in rural communities. School bags not only serve as practical support but also encourage students to attend school regularly and pursue their education with enthusiasm.
Such efforts reflect one of the important commitments of the Rotary Club of Kathmandu-to uplift education and inspire young learners by removing small but significant barriers to schooling.
